I can either visit your own home or you can visit our well-equipped gym at the training base in Harris. For those who like fresh air with their exercise, we have a great outdoor facility - circuit training to die for - and I often run training sessions on the beach.
Every training programme begins with a consultation and assessment. After this you can have just a one-off session, one or more sessions a week, fortnightly or monthly sessions, or whatever you need to keep you on track.
